Years of experience in HR have only deepened my passion for human talent and tackling the challenges within recruitment. Working with demanding clients where “yesterday” was the deadline, and navigating a series of market pain points and process flaws, inspired me and a few friends to get creative. Together, we launched Labor Scout—the mother company of an ambitious HR ecosystem with our main brand, Empleia.com. Through Empleia, we’re building a comprehensive platform to address recruitment in LatAm. Our mission? To democratize job opportunities and put the Candidate at the center. We’re dedicated to providing a humane, enriching experience, with tools, free education, and benefits to help candidates reach their career goals and land the job of their dreams.
